As a non-cloud native company one of the major challenges is how to provide visibility into the total cost of technology operation. This is a reality at at Grupo Boticario. Proprietary data center, licenses and cloud are difficult to manage at the same time. In this session we are going to share some lessons and learnings on our journey to implement reports with total technology operation cost.
